Pan cooked (the Skewd way) with whine wine, garlic, a touch of lemon and fresh parsley, served with hand cut chips.

VEGETARIAN KEBAB

A seasonal combination of charcoal grilled vegetables drenched in turnip and pomegranate molasses, extra virgin olive oil and sumac.
